Guided Meditations from Stilltend
I offer live, guided meditations in person or virtually on Zoom, for individuals or groups, along with recordings of meditations. The length varies, from short, five-minute sessions to hour-long ones. For live sessions, there is also a “Sit and Chat” option for a follow-up conversation/check-in with attendees.
You can also join me for weekly, 15-minute “Sit and Chat” guided meditations via Zoom, for the Collective Care Club, a collaborative that offers meditation sessions every weekday. My weekly meditation is offered on Tuesday mornings at 6:45 am PT via Zoom; it’s a 15-minute guided meditation followed by an optional 15-minute group check-in/open discussoni.
